Did he say “Jayden lit us up” and then smile about it?

Barf. All his comments are 10,000' level he's not talking about where the strengths are and more importantly the glaring weaknesses, especially of our non-existent D that never showed up and ultimately lost the game for the Gators. He's OK with losing, so he needs to move on. Nothing here that gives hope for our program; lsu has improved over the past year and we have regressed into nothingness on D. I'm proud of...blah blah; he's a loser and we'll dump him after next season, which will be another disaster of a year.

If I’m critiquing this, there are only two games left in our season, what we’ve seen is what we are, which is not a good fundamental team. I think the team plays hard and does not quit but something or many things are awry with this team. I wish he would just come out and say we didn’t tackle, were out of position on defense most of the game, whatever. Just call it like it is and what we saw. Billy has a lot of finesse and is a gentleman and that is respectable. No doubt he has done many things well. But, when you get shellacked, pasted on national tv in an embarrassing manner (defense), speak to that. I am so tired of getting walloped.
I guess it is what is at this point but I’m afraid it’s going to get a lot more difficult.

At some point you have to commit to stop either the run or pass - we obviously did neither.

I find him to be rude to be honest. He thinks he always the smartest person in the room, but he’s not.

jokes on us - because Wilson and/or Pearsal should get the ball on every other play

Our last coach was the same way. Always thinking they are the smartest person in the room.

Billy does it by saying he has the process and can see long term what no one else can.

Anybody remember Meyer walking out of the lsu press conference with tears in his eyes he was so upset? Rejecting a question of UF being “too young” as no excuse and saying he has to find guys who will give everything? Do not see that on the field or in the coaches now and I miss it.

What I saw wasn't about being too young, but about coaching and guys on defense not even coming close to playing fundamental football. That 85 yard TD run by Daniels was filled with guys not playing fundamental and/or assignment football......that's coaching, shouldn't be seeing this kind of thing consistently happening 10 games into a season!

Where have they been hiding that fire on O? Actually kind of looked like they knew what they were doing out there.

Did they ask him if 702 was a zip code or a record setting defensive collapse

My Star Trek translator wasn't working last night so I was unable to interpret what the hell BN is talking about. Again.

Ya this is just too much. Every once in a blue moon “hey we competed and I’m proud of that” is one thing. When it’s every single week, that’s extremely troubling. In the end it’s about winning football games. This isn’t Pop Warner or Little League. There’s too much at stake here, as silly as that sounds - future program health, individuals NFL aspirations, and yes, money. My biggest beef with Billy is he is just wayyyyy too comfortable and positive after a loss. He’s always trying to extract a positive life lesson. That’s great and all, but you better be extracting some negatives, which there are tons of, that you can tangibly affect and change. I rarely, if ever, hear him discuss specific aspects of the game. Everything is spoken of in a nebulous/abstract manner.

Did you miss the part where he condemned the fight that led to the penalty and said they were going to fix that? He was just overall glad with the emotion the guys were bringing to the game.

In the past numerous people have complained that the team wasn’t playing with the motion, and now that they are, there are complainers.

I’m just complaining about the performance. I’d be fine with quiet, determined, steely-eyed if it was getting the job done.

Listening to both, sounds like a lot of similarities in what they both said.

But you must trust the process regardless of wins, losses, and on-field results.

Well, he is making generational wealth and has a $30M parachute.

Napkin math says it takes the average family in Gainesville 135 years to make what he makes in a year. Seems smart to me, just not at coaching.

I got about 5 minutes in and then had to go kill myself.

Was there really no mention of giving up the most yards in Florida history?

we refer to that as a scam, and or fraud.
Guy had zero leverage and we gave him this contract is ridiculous.
