If UVA doesn't cool off, I don't see us making a comeback in this one. Everyone they roll out there is making their shots.
Passing is careless. UVa doubling the ball is very effective at disrupting our offense. If a Gator even looks like they are going to create a shot or make a play, UVa doubles them. Only way to beat that is excellent dribbling or crisp passing… neither of which we are doing well at the moment.
We are a step slow on everything now. UVa moves the ball pretty well. We have a very defeated look though that I don't like, but it may be frustration from the ones hustling.
We have 11 turnovers to their 4. Somehow UVA has forced 11 turnovers while only committing 2 fouls. That has to be a first in D1 basketball
"There's my girl! There's Laurel Bennet." HOMERISM to the Nth power. This guy can tell us what the Virginia coach is thinking. LOL!
Richard - 11 points (3-of-6 FG, 2-of-2 FT, 3-of-5 3-pt) Micah H - 10 points (5-of-7 FG, 8 reb's) Samuel - 10 points (5-of-8 FG, 7 reb's)
We drive the lane and there are 3 defenders collapsing, they drive the lane and are basically playing one on one for 10 seconds.
