so someone gets out of incarceration and oversees a biz that abuses a lot of children. My (and most reasonable individuals) initial response is wtf is he free to do that!? In Trump's defense, he probably didn't know anything about the guy. Huckabee pushed for it and Trump's staff put him on the list. And of course these allegations hadn't surfaced.

The Op is wrong in that Trump did not pardon this guy; he commuted his sentence. Has the guy turned out to be a bad guy? Apparently, because he owned a business that allowed this molestation to go on. Was there any knowledge of this when sentence was commuted? It sure doesn't appear so.
