Trump, to his credit, owned this Election Night 2016 in his victory speech by telling the audience he was not going to go after the Clintons. It was booed, but he made it clear then those were campaign histrionics.

I have 1 question and don't need answers but each think about it.
If Trump hadn't acted like he was going to run for President again and said he is done with politics and will not run again, can you honestly believe that he would be facing any of the indictments he is now?

Yes. Absolutely. If Obama was found to have TS-SCI documents at his home and refused to return them as requested, I'd want him indicted as well. If it turns out the Biden docs in his garage and office were TS-SCI or similar level, at the very least, he should have his security clearance revoked and face some other punishment. Maybe not at the level Trump is facing because at least Biden cooperated. Trump did not.

And if this is all politically motivated, why let Pence slide? Maybe, just maybe, it's because his case fits the norm for cases the DOJ doesn't prosecute. Small amount of docs that aren't important to national security plus full cooperation in returning all docs. Didn't matter that Pence has an R before his name and was VPOTUS. Nor should it.

Pence has zero chance of being the nominee.
And no one would be concerned if Trump wasn't running for President.
That is simply the truth, and you know it!

Nope. Anyone who has super sensitive, top secret information being kept at a place where known spies have been known to frequent needs to be arrested. Especially if they refuse to cooperate with the Feds, and instead, lie on affidavits about knowledge of said material. Doesn't matter what letter is in front of his or her name.

Few people are as corrupt as Trump who likely did or certainly would sell our secrets to enemies for the right price.

I really like how all you think ole Joe was so cooperative in giving back his files and did nothing wrong.
First, they in his corvette with known Chinese collaborated having unfettered access.
Second, we have no idea if he gave everything back, no telling how many files the coke head gave to his employer and there is no record.
Third, wasn't some of the files from his time as a Senator and has absolutely no right to have removed them.
Fourth, the second stash they found was at a Chinese funded library, I'm sure no one took a look there.
Yes, absolutely these cases are totally different.

    Speaking of the Chinese.
    https://www.npr.org/2019/11/25/7828...ing-at-mar-a-lago-sentenced-to-8-months-in-ja
And she was able to gain access to Mar-a-Lago when Trump was still president and the facility was far more secure than after he left office.
    And let's not forget this:
Ukraine-Born Woman Posing as ‘Anna de Rothschild’ Infiltrated Mar-a-Lago, Rubbed Shoulders With Trump
And does anyone think the housekeeping and maintenance workers at Mar-a-Lago especially those hired after Trump left office were subject to intensive background checks?

Biden served on both the Judiciary and Foreign Relations committees as a Senator. He had access and was allowed to remove lower level classified docs.

Without using dotted lines and innuendo, can you connect Joe Biden with these Chinese collaborators directly? And your Chinese funded library? Here's a fact check. None of the funds went directly to the Biden Center, and even with an increase in gifts, the Chinese portion represented no more than .5% of UPenn's gift receipts over the years Biden was working for them.

But why let facts get in the way of your argument? You certainly don't care about the facts regarding Trump, like he had some of the most top secret information generated, kept in a place where known spies were to visit. Biden? We still don't know what level of intel he had in those boxes, but if they were things marked like TS-SCI, and Biden left them out where people could see, he deserves to be punished.

You are funny. I don't believe there is anywhere that allows for Senators to take classified documents home. I don't believe you are correct.
You guys are the masters of connecting dotted lines. And it is definitely fact that his son worked for, making him a collaborator, the Chinese. Also, fact that his son had lived in and had total access to the secure Corvette storage unit (garage) where classified documents were securely stored. LOL
We won't know today or ever what the classified marks were on the Biden files. See the feds didn't lay them out and take pictures like their normal MO.

They didn't have to take pictures because Biden didn't defy a subpoena resulting in the FBI having to get a warrant to get the docs back.
