Most judges would have held Trumpanzee in contempt for his antics. Fortunately, he let the fool do what fools do - make fools of themselves. Speaking of which, his supporters ate it up. Some even post inane comments about "naked pictures".
I wonder how many death threats the judge and his family have gotten from the maga mob. But the real issue is him posting a pic to his lifelong friends of him shirtless. What's the world coming to?

FWIW I’m open to the assertion made by some that this particular case is a mountain made out of a molehill and is politically motivated. But shirtless judges didn’t factor into my analysis.

If Trump team thinks this judge is particularly bad and unfair, it's surprising that they apparently didn't ask for a jury trial (though there is debate about whether they could have gotten one, that might have given them another appellate issue). I guess it wasn't so private, was it? Yes, I have a problem with a 74-year-old judge posting half naked pictures of himself in a high school alumni paper. Was he trolling for recent grads?
