    Seeing some calls for Waites over George at RT, at this point it seems like why not give him a shot, it honestly can't get much worse.

    We obviously do not know what is happening in the background to warrant playing time or not. But under the current environment, I think it wise to consider any and all options and then be okay if they fail. "Staying the course" feels too oblivious to be a good sign.

    We are among the worst teams on 3rd down. We have poor play calling and offensive line play.
