Gotta be honest, I am surprised that Daniel Cameron didn't fare better. I thought he'd be a formidable opponent when he started his campaign. But Dave Wasserman is saying that Beshear is going to win.

Yes. But I've never seen Wasserman get a race he called wrong. He's a data guy, so whatever model he uses must be quite effective.

It is sad to me how much party politics has infested all the nooks & corners. at least 10 years ago, I went to an oil & gas summit....with govs from colo, wyo & Mt. colo & mt govs were Ds, wyo was R. an hour in, my friend asked, "would you know who was a D & who was an R from what we've heard?" ans = nope. mayor of Fort Collins? Who gives a shit what party? I paticularly hate it, cuz I will not vote for an R or a D at any level.....33 years runnin'

It's shocking how little the "red wave" has materialized since Biden's win ... maybe it means that republicans are also turned off by the brazen attempts to end democracy.

Abortion rights off to a good start in Ohio, too ... but only about 20% in at this point ... but 65% yes with only 50% required for approval.

Apparently he’s known to be a very unlikeable person. Even his staff hates him. He’s no Matt Bevin!

I wonder where Louisville is. I didn’t agree with him on anything. But he was a good fun poster. Between the Bevin victory party and his COVID prediction, he was one of a kind.

Abortion vote about to go six for six. America is a pro choice country. Interested to see how the Christo fascists in the Supreme Court and Legislature will scheme to block a vote in Florida. How long can they hold out.

I think he departed with the group that formed their own safe space Gator message board.

I think a lot of people are expecting the worst of the DeSantis allies on SCOFL. It's such a simple and straightforward amendment, but I expect them to tie themselves into knots coming up with reasons why the voters shouldn't get their say.

Not really. Every other race in Kentucky has a strong Republican lead, except for governor. Cameron should be far ahead at this point of the vote before the democrat strongholds get factored in. Being the only republican that is behind makes the outcome pretty obvious.

Yep, I now have seen other news media call it for Beshears too. It was just that Wasserman called it mere minutes after the polls closed with very few votes counted. But he was right.

Bashear speaking now. Think Dems have finally found a young POTUS candidate for the future be it 28 or 32. Charismatic well spoken, appeals to women.
