Nothing like a loaded question to ensure a great dialog. 100% pro Law and Order. Of what has Trump been convicted? If done, he should face the full force of the consequences for his misdeed. If not, I'm tired of the same ole same ole since 2016 - seven years - and nothing has come of it. Can't wait for the next group of 51 former officials to issue a statement about what is and what is not Russian disinformation; or, should Trump be re-elected Adam Schiff bringing out his "concrete evidence" to order a 3-peat impeachment. All for the good of the country, of course.
Unfortunately this is appearing to be true. There are other, better R candidates but they stick with the authoritarian and follow and believe what he tells them. He gave out top secret information putting our military at risk. And they still follow him.
And yet you trivialize the process for your supported claim. You're just too disingenuous to bother with anymore.
The logical extension of the above statement is that a political candidate who may have committed multiple crimes should be immune from prosecution if he is running for political office against an incumbent candidate who is either directly or indirectly responsible for administration of justice.
Although the DA may have been elected from a liberal county she is still representing the people of the State of Georgia not Fulton County. The indictment is captioned "The State of Georgia v" followed by the list of defendants, not "Fulton County v. [insert list of defendants]. Yeah, and one strange thing here is that many (some on both sides) believe that the indictments have actually helped Trump politically. From a purely "Never Trump" standpoint, there could have arguably been a strategy to look the other way and decline to bring charges. I guess then we'd be left with the people at the top of the political class being essential untouchable. Trump has unfortunately left us with no great options either way.
So far the indictments have helped Trump among Republicans although there are at least some polls that indicate an actual conviction could hurt him in the general election. While a conviction would be very unlikely to sway Republicans and could even firm up their support of the Dear Leader it could have an impact on independent voters. Lock Him Up? A New Poll Has Some Bad News for Trump
Every witness against Trump is either a republican, a former employee of his or administration official or a family member. Quit defending this career criminal.
The ones who gave you the funny emojis are clearly in the neo-Fascist camp. I'm willing to bet none of them fought for America, and don't love it.
Your posts plus claim to be a lawyer diminish the profession. If you have a legal education, you learned little. You prove that being educated does not suppress emotions and ensure open- mindedness and sober analysis. In a word, your posts bespeak ignorance.
If Trump is ELECTED, it's all on the American people. I also don't want to hear any whining from Democratic voters who either don't get out and vote or from the Democratic party who keeps putting forth such terrible candidates that make Trump appealing.
