So Mike White will lose the only SEC game opening night? (Of course, it's the only real challenging game.)
Not thrilled with the defense at all, but OH EM GEE we can put the ball in the hole! Should be a fun season. Seems like we have 20 players on the team.
It was an easy sell for me. I live right outside of Columbia, SC. Only 1.5 hours to the Spectrum arena. My FIL is also a USC fan and alum. We'll stay late for both games. It will be a good time. Tickets weren't bad at all. $134 for seats with a great view.
I want everyone at the gym at 6 AM shooting free throws. That fat bastard for Loyola shot 30% from the line last year and outshot every guy on our team tonight.
Glad to see we won the glass on both ends. Assist to TO good. Gotta work on those FTs though. Great start to what will be a fun season!
I’m up there quite a bit nowadays to see my mom. I just timed it wrong as my next visit is probably over Xmas and new years. Have fun and go Gators!
yes, atrocious. Surprised Clayton was 0-3, he missed a total of 5 FTs all of last year Tough to go from 95% to 0% but can only go up from here
CTG told him he could fly without hair. Second half he methodically shimmied and juked everyone on the floor and made every shot he took. Lightning quick moves, high flyer, good shooter, 6 steals, good lord. He will get stronger as each season goes by, which will make him more dangerous. Too bad, I’m sure the pros scouts are watching.
Very tough pre-conference schedule to strengthen the RPI. This team has the size, depth and talent to be really good. How good remains to be seen, but I like what Todd Golden has done to address the needs of this team. Lots of talented big men, quality and depth at guard and much better rebounding and shooting potential than last year.
