Voted? Or were persuaded at gunpoint by an invading army? I'm assuming that you know the difference, but I could be wrong.
Your determination, your “want to”, may be the only thing keeping the Zelensky regime in the fight. You’re leaving it all on the computer screen.
There’s some rough logic to that based not only on feeling the war in terms of Ukrainian cross border attacks, cyber or kinetic, but also in terms of who is at the front lines. As much as he has been able to numerically, Putin has pulled from the periphery to fill the invading forces. Snyder would talk about the surprise of many Ukrainians in realizing that their captives in many cases did not even understand they were invading Ukraine (this was early) and were more sympathetic to Ukraine than Russia. I doubt that occurs too much anymore. Prisons have been emptied, and periphery “republics” have been demanded to supply manpower. It’s getting increasingly hard to limit core “Russian” families from sending their sons to the front on the ground, but not for lack of effort
Kind of like politicians and generals at cocktail parties are in favor of continuing the war, but the soldier in the trench is in favor of ending the war. I'll leave this here. Give it a listen.
One author believes that Ukraine may be trying a version of the Anaconda Plan, which Gen Winfield Scott settled on for the north to use to win the Civil War over 160 years ago. It was not quick, but it was eventually very effective. It involves cutting off re-supply of front line troops. Ukraine appears to be pulling off the 'Anaconda Plan' (yahoo.com)
The Brits say that the Kremlin started the rumor about Putin's death to test his popularity. Bizarre. Kremlin spread rumour Putin had died to ‘test his popularity’ (yahoo.com) What a bunch of idiots. No idea how to win the war. No idea how to run a country. Everything is lies and more lies. No wonder the Russian troops have a morale problem. They are fighting for a liar and his lies.

Two years on and hundreds of thousands of casualties later, Ukraine will now have to beg for a deal Russia would have happily agreed to prior to the war. I tried to tell you this would happen. Shame on you warmongers who cheered on this unnecessary slaughter.
Ukraine Update: Ukraine’s top general opens up about his challenges and needs I think it’s good to admit even Ukraine sees the stalemate right now. Russia is doing everything it can to buy time for a Republican president and then the war is over.
If the only Russian strategy is to hope it can stave off domestic revolution for another year and a half while their casualties stack and they make no gains on the ground, hoping that a Republican wins (if Trump wins the nomination again, then you can rule that possibility out), and hoping that a Republican president will be willing to pull out the rug from Ukraine, then Ukraine should just continue its much sounder strategy of maximizing Russian casualties. Too bad for Russia it can’t just win this thing in the field like the great power is supposed to.
That pissed me off. The US needs to release one with every square inch of Russia getting leveled and in flames, not just two cities.
The complete unwillingness of this Administration to talk any level of [snap] back to Russia, no matter how directly they have threatened us, has been one of my frustrations since this war started.
