Damn man. 2nd down play messed that up. Had someone in the middle of the field for the first down.

To be fair, that 2nd down play was largely ETN getting trucked right into Mertz.

I thought so too. When things break down he tends to look immediately to the check-down

  12. I can see why the line kept going up and down before settling around 3.

Not as frustrating but I get what you’re saying. Lots of sideways, but that Zaunbrecher offense was schemed that way. This offense is because Mertz has to get the ball out early and he’s a little gunshy on not turning the ball over by throwing it deep.

The team finally woke up, but our offensive line remains consistently bad. Arky is better than their record, as they've played Top 10 teams very tough. Lost to LSU 24-21, Ole Miss 27-20 and Alabama 24-21.

They are bringing 5-6 every play, and the RB has to pick up one of them to give Mertz time to throw.

TE is not a great pass protector, it’s the only thing I see preventing him from being the featured back over Johnson.

Chris McClellan needs many more snaps. Dominating if given proper Reps. 20 snaps not enough.
