It feels good this recruiting cycle. less than 2 months from ESD and it feels like this class isn't built out of a house of cards like years past. Kids shutting down their recruitments, class getting better the closer we get not worse, adding legit prospects, not reaching to fill a class, one of the highest blue chip ratios in the nation. It's recruiting like this that gets a school back on top and I'm glad its UF that will reap the benefits.
They should just peel off the bandaid and quit hiding their affiliation by moving us to 45 or something...who gives a shit about Rivals anymore.
Hightop Sports did a rating for ugLY's D class to ours. ug: 93.03 or 93.3 UF: 93.00 It's phenomenal the class Billy is pulling on defense while not ignoring the offense at all. The future of Florida football is looking very bright ladies & gentlemen!
Whatever it takes to get a better line. our coaches may be fine, but something isn’t working. We aren’t getting the highly ranked recruits so either they can’t recruit or there’s not enough money to bring them in.
Think UF needs to close the deal with Seaton. Would be huge for Napier, and a super finishing touch to offensive line recruiting.
Would be nice but Pittman going to get a golden parachute from Arky and why would he choose to come to UF and be under Nape? Bama’s OL is bad too and i’m sure they would probably outbid us for Pittman if he wanted to only coach OL again. That’s my only holdup on getting on get Sam Pittman train
lmaoooo. Don’t mind me, I just have scar tissue from previous position coaches we thought we could get (Sieder, Tosh Lupoi, etc) and it doesn’t work and have to “settle”. I do think if Pittman does get fired and is still willing to be an OL even for 2 years before moving on, it’s totally worth throwing a blank check at. At SOME POINT, we have to start acting like the big time program we are with coaching hires. We shouldn’t be a place where coaches get their first P5 look, we should be able to get top notch established guys
There will be lots of next year's freshman starting for the Gators next season... We are loaded with future starters as freshman. I hope these 2024 kids know this.
