Fwiw, both of them have thrown in warmups at every practice I’ve been to. Coppola usuallly shags flyballs during bp.

Sproat also participated in warmups today. :)

They skipped scrimmage today. Pretty much just warmed up and took bp. Ty and Pierce both participated in warmups. Pierce shagged flyballs during bp.

After bp, the team gathered near the mound and did some core exercises. Ty did jumping jacks the whole time. Everyone else was on the ground.

Then they brought out the pitching machine and worked on bunts for a half hour or so. They appeared to be aiming for targets. They were definitely competing with each other. Looked like they were all having fun. Lots of ribbing, and laughing. Sully was showing teeth for most of the exercise.

Several old players showed up today. I saw Sproat, Waldrep, and BT for sure. Maybe Ficc and one or two others.

Also looked like a couple of recruits were visiting. Don’t know who they were. One asian, one cotton top. Both looked to be there with their families. Sully was up in the stands when they entered the field and he moved pretty quickly to get back down there to greet them.

Good report on the abbreviated practice. There was a very light rain in GVL, which caused the change from a normal practice and scrimmage. While it misted off and on for a couple of hours, it wasn't enough to cause even a delay in a normal game, but it was wet enough that the turf would have been slippery, creating a slight risk of unnecessary injuries. While every practice is valuable, better to use the time in the manner Paidin described. Also, the main bsb parking lot was blocked off for football RV parking- minor annoyance. They'll be gone for the Stetson scrimmage on Sunday.
