I thought our Defensive backfield was supposed to be good? What gives? I don’t see anyone close to the ball when it’s in the air.

Gotta go straight at them offensively. No trick plays. Run clock, keep defense resting, and give George help on the outside.
Big plays are there for Etienne. He’s gotta feel/see outside is there and use his speed.

 

Based on what we've seen so far, our offense will do okay. Defense, however, might be another story...

 

We lied about #3 on defense

 

Our D has been a work in progress, not sure why anyone is surprised with that drive. We aren't winning this game guys, just look for positives where you can. Keeps me sane until we are back on their level and higher.

 

Dawgs up 10-7 w/1:23 left in Q1.........

 

Unless it works. Then, its a totally different story. It’s something they’ve got to think about the rest of the game. Next time, EW3 keeps it and takes it to the house.

 

Freshmen are going to get schooled in this game. We have to put pressure on the QB, or we are doomed. Our secondary is not there yet.

 

This type of ridiculousness is what won't be working well today.

 

What pass D? I've seen better pass Ds in the Pro Bowl.
