Cause and effect, though. Who caused MAGA to be born, and why? It’s a vicious cycle that needs to end.

You forgot to mention that Biden invited the government to search his garage as well as the other location where classified documents were discovered and that he voluntarily returned the documents and that he never disparaged the special counsel who is investigating his handling of the documents and, in fact Biden has cooperated with the special counsel, unlike the guy who squirreled away the documents at his personal version of the Versailles palace in Palm Beach and lied regarding the disposition of documents that he was ordered to return.

One difference between Biden and Trump
Biden gave 'voluntary interview' to special counsel investigating his handling of classified docs
Sources: Special counsel claims Trump deliberately misled his attorneys about classified documents, judge wrote

This is flat out WRONG, from a factual standpoint.

    1. he defrauded the Veterans WHILE HE CAMPAIGNED FOR PRESIDENT.

    2. the MAL documents - he was nit prosecuted for HAVING the documents. He was prosecuted FOR REFUSING TO RETURN THEM after it was discovered he had them, and then trying to lie to the government about where the documents ere (he moved them all over to avoid getting caught. Trump went through extraordinary lengths to hide and retain the documents.

    3. There is no spinning the cold hard facts of Trump. The only spin is the people who stick their fingers in their ears and cover their eyes, and convince themselves that Trump is Jesus.

When there is repeat after repeat after repeat after repeat of fact-supported wrongdoing, it is not a witch hunt. It is prosecuting a criminal.

Again, Trump doesn’t just have one strike. He has alphabet of strikes. He has no regard for law or truth, and this has been proven time and again.

Joe Biden, like Pence, cooperated and facilitated the return of the documents. What did Trump do? He lied about having them, swore he returned everything, moved them across the country, and lied again.

There is no parallel to what Trump does.

Trump could probably shoot someone on 5th Avenue and @Gator715 would claim that any prosecution of Trump that followed would be a political witch hunt.

    Rape - not enough
91 felony charges - not enough
Sharing Israeli intelligence with Russia - not enough
Sharing classified Iran war plans with random civilians - not enough
Sharing top secret nuclear sub information with Maralago buddies - not enough.
Trying to overturn a legally certified election - not enough
Either inciting, encouraging or at least refusing to diffuse an attack on the Capitol - not enough.

So I am just wondering if there is anything that would be too far. I assume the answer is no. Anything is justifiable if the alternative is a Democrat.

Both sides investigate each other. Only one side seems to be able to find stuff that actually sticks. That's why Trump is facing 90 something indictments and Biden is facing 0.

Nothing is too far. They will justify everything. If Trump got pulled over for going 120mph in a 35mph zone, they would find an instance of some Dem going 40 in a 35 zone and call it equal.

It can end with MAGA going down in flames and the Republican Party reimagining themselves or they can become the modern day equivalent of the Whigs.

Demographics are not on their side which is why they fight SO hard to keep people from accessing their right to vote.

Some folks prefer authoritarian government as long as they perceive that they are on the “right” side. Perhaps it is cultural?

But then you wake up and realize they didn't win and it's not looking good for your team to pull out a win. Do you then believe it was stolen? You do if the coach is running around with a loud speaker saying that the game was stolen and someone else has to decide besides the umpire and refs.
That's rich. Both Biden and Pence hand about a handful of documents between the two of them. BOTH men turned them over on their own, they also looked for them on their own. They didn't possess documents that were so highly classified that you had to view them only in a special room and them leave them there. They also didn't refuse to turn them over, ask others to destroy video tape, or share them with assistants and highly ranked officials from RUSSIA IN the Oval Office! Trump could have just turned everything back over within the first 6-9 months or so of them asking politely, but he didn't. He shared Israeli intel, maybe he is responsible for Hamas going into Israel? He is getting what he deserves.

    Not exactly apples to apples.

There has been so much crap to deal with with the orange man, that the American people were exhausted by the time 2020 came around. Now we are getting exhausted listing to his sycophants trying to steal the next election by tearing down the safeguards in place.

Again, if it were a dem, you'd want them arrested for treason.

They believe they are going to have constant power, so they don't think they'll have to deal with the dems doing the same thing.

They've been doing it with Biden and his son for what, 4 years? As soon as he knew Biden was going to run, he engaged his DOJ to investigate and tried to get Zelenski to announce that he was investigating Biden's handling of getting their prosecutor fired. He believed since it worked with Hillary, it has to work again.

I don't know where you all get your news, but it has to be FB or Youtube - Fox and newsmax too. I believe what I hear and see with my own eyes and ears, you just believe any wild talking head. Can't you find a better conservative to get behind???

yes you can, you can support those that do or are willing to. you can form a center position where you agree to help each other on reasonable items that get through that group. you negotiate, you compromise, hopefully the best ideas emerge and there is consistency and not massive swings in policy if the hor changes every two years. that just screws up the economy more than any potus can if policies and agendas whiplash everytime the hor changes parties and turning the hor into the jerry springer show isn't getting real work done.we have real problems and need some grownups with real solutions. they are there but jerry springer steals the camera everytime..
