Ok lol. I liked it but…
    Help me out here. Spoilers…
The ending. The phone rings for the boyfriend and the other Em is standing there holding an extra ring…she’s obviously concerned that’s it all going wrong.
So did everyone’s other extra lives continue to exist the next morning too?

I find its better not to pull apart the threads in these type of movies. Its been such a long time since I've seen it so, I cant really say either.

    And that’s why I don’t prefer a loose ending.

Here’s my best guess based on my (possibly wrong) memory of the film. These dimensions all existed before and continue to exist after the night. I don’t recall how many different Ems we meet, but they are all the same person. Clearly they don’t all come to the same outcome after this night, so I’m guessing there are many more different outcomes than the two we see. And if our Em did what I think she did, I think we can assume that many other Ems acted in unsavory ways as well and the next morning will bring lots of chaos for many worlds.

Sometimes its about the ride, not the destination

Yes, I thought the movie had a chance, briefly, to have an interesting and happy ending where Em replaces one of her darker possibilities with a better outcome.
It almost happened until the next morning we find out that everything did not reset and a sequel is needed to do a shit ton of explaining.
    I didn’t hate it but I don’t think I loved it either.
    Definitely better than Suspiria!!!

One movie I can’t wait to see is Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon. Book by David Grann was very good and the movie is getting a lot of early raves. Oct 20.

I just finished Kill List. Interesting.
Have you seen it? I think I would recommend as a thriller, horror movie.
Do not look into it at all prior to viewing if you can help it.

Warning. There are some rough scenes. It’s worth it if you can use subtitles for the British accents, and make it through some violence.

    Was that with Robert Ray?

Didn't see Don't Look Now but I saw Nicholas Rogue's Walkabout in my Myth in Film and Literature class.

Looking forward to seeing Poor Things when it hits theaters in December. It was quite the hit at the Toronto Festival. There's a lot of Oscar buzz for this film, especially for Emma Stone. Supposed to be a lot of sex.
