Thats not even the extreme left, you gotta find the people that think DSA is compromised and too focused on electoralism

Are those people actually Democrats? It seems like they're generally voting for third parties (like the Green Party).

Extreme was a poor descriptive on my part. You're comments were much more succinct and in line with my perspective.

Oh I dunno, I think anyone considering themselves left-wing has a tortured relationship with the Democratic Party, regardless of how they are registered or vote.

But how do you know she lied? It at least creates a question.

Ultimately that's the juries call when it matters, they decide what is credible or not. Expert testimony tends to cancel out in court I think, so you sort of use common sense and other evidence to come to your conclusions. Me, I think cops and the people who defend them are generally dishonest, especially when they are trying to cover their asses after killing someone in such a public fashion. Like some people cant even let this one go, one of the most obvious cases of police killing someone in plain sight for everyone to see on video. Its like they cant even believe that this could be an outlier or "bad apple" situation like they claim, the cops can never make mistakes. Some people are always looking for silver bullets like there will be some "aha moment" and it will somehow strike a blow against people who are concerned with racial justice and police brutality and everyone will come to jesus about cops being the good guys. Its like thinking proving 9/11 was an inside job or the CIA killed Kennedy would change anything and collapse the US government and make government more honest or something lol. It wouldn't! There isnt some universal reality for people to agree on anymore if there ever was.

What makes the case obvious, though, is the autopsy report. If that piece of evidence was doctored to secure a certain outcome, then it brings the result of the case into question.

"Doctored" is a hell of an accusation, this is venturing into conspiracy theory. The idea that the state would go out of its way and commit fraud to put a cop in jail sort of defies belief of any kind lol. The state works overtime to protect cops! The government literally invented qualified immunity! The cops and government play for the same team. Its almost impossible just to indict a cop for killing someone.

If a witness in a court of law insinuated such a thing under oath years later after the trial it sure would be a big deal.

Doctored by Hugo Chavez using Hunter's laptop to control jewish space lasers via an Italian satellite. All from the basement of that pizza parlor where Hillary et al consume children. That should about cover it. Tune in to Hannity for all the details.

You forget, the country had just gone through a year of riots and protests, the country was going to explode if Chauvin had been proven innocent. To think the state would work overtime to protect Chauvin is lame.

I havent forgotten anything. In September of the same year, the cops that shot Brianna Taylor werent indicted for shooting her, yet the country didnt "explode." I mean the Rodney King cops got off, so I dont think preventing riots is how the justice system works, except maybe in the fantasies of certain people.

It is never a good idea to kill someone while your crime is being broadcast to the world up close and personal

Says the person using out of context pieces of the autopsy report to give a misleading idea of what the autopsy report says.

I don’t care about Chauvin and I definitely don’t care about Floyd. Floyd was a piece of garbage that was an unproductive part of society. He’d have ended up in jail or dead anyway. Chauvin was a bad cop who pushed the envelope likely often. Terrible situation but it effectuated the removal of two undesirables from society.

Logical fallacies 101…if you can’t refute the merit of the argument you attack a the person making the argument. Even if I concede the point that the Twitter post earlier took the autopsy report out of context…you are attempting to refute testimony in court under oath by employing a logical fallacy. Your attempts of refutation by logical fallacy leave the merit of what was said in court under oath standing on the basis of its own merits.

Agreed. Chauvin was a piece of trash cop who was terrible at his job and if he hadn’t killed George Floyd that day, he would’ve eventually killed some other unarmed suspect. Let him rot in prison.

Floyd did nothing that warranted the infliction of the death penalty at the hands of a lawless cop in that fashion. Careful when you start thinking some should decide which people are "unproductive" and should be removed from society, you might not like the voting.
