Kind of conflicted about this one. USCe needs some hope and I think they are just outside of putting it all together. And if they win, they may show us how to beat Missouri this year at their place. On the other hand, if it truly pisses Missouri off, they may decide that that is their only "brain fart" game this season at home. And so we will get their best effort, a ka, like Kentucky did to us.
Our game with Carolina could have gone either way. We got lucky in some respects. Lot of 4th down conversions. (see my Graham "Freaking" Mertz thread). What we are seeing now is a talented Mizzou team that believes in itself beating a Carolina team that doesn't believe in itself. We are a good team but right now IMHO Mizzou is a better one. My 2 cents.....
I didn't see his post game press conference, but read an article that claimed that he threw the players under the bus. Any truth to that and could that be affecting the performance today?
