I asked my nephew not long ago if he had learned cursive, he is in 8th grade, he looked at me like I was an alien.

FTR, I don't trust Josh Newburg, as an unbiased reporter, as far as I can throw him. I especially question his "professional detachment" when he keeps pushing the FSU angle at every possible turn - in a video that was purportedly about UF QB recruiting for the future. He brought McCray up out of the blue and then actually interrupted Corey Bender while he was saying that UF was the likely favorite to land McCray. He immediately went into fluffer mode re "FSU's recent momentum", intentionally undermining his guest's take that UF does in fact appear to lead for McCray at this point. Generally speaking, anyone listening too closely to much of anything coming out of On3 is pretty much guaranteed to come away with some "not good feelings" - sooner rather than later.

He's been a Gator all his life... and there's chatter that he's been to Gator football camps when he was young.
Having said that, if we offer him a decent NIL amount... that is what it will come down to.

 

That's pretty encouraging.

But if we had a team full of "UF is my dream school" players that went elsewhere, we'd be 7-0 and ranked top 5 right now.

 

On3 has UF in the lead over FSU and UGA but it's close.
