I can’t believe it is that much. I guess they are looking fore more $$ to be bet on the Gators? I’m taking the spread.
I can understand it. If you just look at how we compare in the games against the three common opponents it makes sense. They averaged 37.5 ppg and gave up 15. We averaged 31 ppg and gave up 27 ppg. We also got seal clubbed by a team they seal clubbed. Doesn't mean that's going to happen in Jax, but that's pretty much what they have to go by. If we tackled better and protected the QB better I think the spread might be a bit smaller. If their TE was going to play, I think it would be higher.
That's interesting becasue they were a better team last year, and we had a far less talented team last year too.
This IS why I peruse this forum and not others. The amount of insight here is AMAZING! And so is the wit. I like wit. No, not nitwit, wit. No, that does not mean "no wit" it means "no" to "nitwit". Is this clear? I would not want to think I was being a nitwit posting it. Because, as I said, no nitwit. Well, I posted "not nitwit" and not "no nitwit", although I did post "no wit" also, but that was a reference to elaborating what I mean and not "no" to any "wit", mine or others. That should clarify my position. Dammit, I now feel like a nitwit...
As mentioned, we are playing with house money in Jax. No one is giving us a snowball's chance in hell. All the pressure is on uga. Play like it is the last game of the season, throw everything we have at them, and see where the chips land. If they still kick our ass, well that was expected anyway. We have nothing to lose. Stranger things have happened, maybe we shock the world and knock their smug asses off their perch. GO GATORS!
I honestly think Napier is all in on beating Georgia in an extremely emotional victory Only to come out and have a letdown the next week @ LSU
