Went to a Gators gear store in St. Pete on Thursday. Owner told me Ricky’s family were in the day before (Dad, Mom and 2 younger brothers). She said they were in from AZ before heading up to catch the game. She said they (at least the parents) travel to see all the Gators games. Said Ricky’s folks told her that after last year Ricky was being pursued by other schools, especially OR, but that Ricky LOVES being a Gator, loves Napier and is close friends with both Mertz and ETN. Says he’s extremely happy.

He is elite and he had a monster game, but sometimes it is like he is not on the field.

They need to target him at least 10 x a game.

I remember seeing his highlight film from ASU and thinking that was one transfer target I didn't want us to miss on.

Not sure if this has been posted, but nice of Sean Kelly to invoke Mick Hubert here!

I think Pearsall and Boardingham both are real problems for coverage. Pearsall is much faster than defenders expect. He’s built like and runs routes like a “possession receiver,” but I’m sure he has 4.5 speed. Arlis is big and has a lumbering stride, but he’s deceptively quick and nimble, not to mention fast in the open field, which is why he makes so many defenders miss. A lot take bad angles or lunge without realizing how he can move.
