I also wanted to put the whole race on here. Her little interview at the end is the best!
She might be my new favorite Gator.

I also wanted to say she should be a superstar as far as NIL goes.

Looks like Parker was overtaken in the last 1k by the NC State runner. Second place in the NCAA finals for PV!

She ran the race she had to. Tuohy is really good and the course and temperature was ideal for Parker. She did what she had to and went for though. Really impressive race and season for her.

Valby does it again! "Destroys" Tuohy by 12 seconds in the 6K in Wisconsin. We have a competitive top 4 runners, unfortunately they count the top 5 finishers for team scoring. Our 5th finished 177th. Not good enough if we are going to take on the top teams such as NAU and NCST for our first team natty in CC. Get it done coach before Valby graduates next year.

Upon further review, perhaps a 5th highly competitive runner is already on the roster, if she is healthy and able to run?

Outstanding by Parker and the team is improving quickly. I like this new cross country coach. Team finished 5th in a super stacked field.

    This was huge from Valby.
The girl she beat- Caitlin Tuohy- was the national champ last year. But Valby destroyed her.
Valby could be very competitive in the Olympic Trials next summer.
If that 5th runner can do anything, we have a chance at SECs, Regionals and NCAAs!

The short answer is no, although 3 of the transfers did run in the last meet and scored well. For some reason the 3 x UNM All-American transfer Mazza-Downie has not run this season. Perhaps someone in the know can fill in the reason? You replace her with our 5th runner who finished an abysmal 177th at the Wisconsin meet, then all of a sudden this is a top 3 team.

Tuohy has been the IT Girl for a while now and it didn't seem that Parker could beat her. Now she has. Is this her first win over Tuohy?
