Like others have said, this game came down to the wire and either team could have won it. SC played really well, Leggett and Rattler were great.

 

I really thought Rattler had our number for this one.

 

We appreciate it, and thanks for always being classy.

South Carolina is the one team in the East that I actually like (other than Florida, of course). Good luck to y'all....whenever you don't play us!

Nice post GC, you are a respected rival. We were fortunate to get out of there with a win. That being said, I like Shane Beamer. I think he is a good coach and has your program headed in the right direction.

 

Most evenly matched Florida contest I’ve seen in a long time. I know that was a heartbreaker from your end, but you guys are doing some battle this year. Unfortunately for both of us, the SEC is just a weekly succession of tough battles. Good luck.

I earned a graduate degree at SC and was at a Gamecock party yesterday. It almost broke my heart to see you guys lose that way.

Told my wife during the game that we need to plan to go to the game in Columbia in two years. Haven’t been and I’ll bet many that have been would recommend that venue.

 

Gators needed some luck and this time the coin landed in our favor. Gamecocks’ coaches put on a masterclass on refocusing the offensive line. They really get a lot out of their players and put them in places where they can succeed.

 

Classy. I have fond memories of living in South Carolina and great connections to Gamecock fans. Great game by both teams. God truly smiled on the Gators on Saturday.

 

Glad we don't have to see Rattler any more.

 

I was gonna head up there to the game from charleston ( 100 miles away) but realized the state fair was there too and decided I wanted no part of that traffic. The traffic at the state fair and coastal carolina fair in charleston is THE worst. Combine that with 79k fans coming to the game and that was all I needed to think about.
