Win on road, check. Come from behind, check. Gut check, check. 40plus from the O, check. Defense, working on it. Let’s surprise the mutts. Go Gators!
Add in the tight end play to the mix. Tight ends have come into their own the last two games and the offense has scored 79 points combined in those games.
The passing game is looking so much better. The receivers are working all areas and depths of the field. It looks like a normal offense now and not handicapped.
Long ball was an integral part of the game. That’s significant. It should open up the run and the short game more in the future.
That's what I'm hoping for too. I also think UGA et al have to respect the long ball now and that will change just how they stack the line... or not. The pre-season is over... now comes the serious games. We had better fix the things we can now so that we can be competitive the rest of the way.
