South Carolina Week [Friendly Rival Thread]

I live in Charleston - lots of Gamecock fans around plus my cousins in Columbia - lifelong season ticket holders. So…big rivalry game for me!

I’m thinking UF circles the wagons on the road game issue and gets the W!

 

Will you get the Gators that played Utah and Kentucky or the team that played the vols and beat vandy? Gotta get over that road game hump, no time like the present!

 

Thanks. Going with family, including USC alumni, who CLAIM they know their way around. We shall see. The bigger concern for me is the drive back to Greenville on Sunday; I’m not sure I can bear to be in the same car as them for the ride home.

 

More likely they kick you out. LOL!

 

I've been to the UF-USCe game twice in Columbia. Both times our group was treated with nothing but respect. Some of the best fans in the SEC in my experience.

 

In case it's of interest, I will be starting the "Say something good" thread tomorrow morning. Typically I like to wait until Tuesday to do that.

We did this last time I went to a USCe game.
The ride in the shuttle to the game was quick and efficient.
The line of people waiting for a shuttle back to our parking after the game was really bad – maybe an hours wait?

 

Thank you to the SC fans for being first class every step of the way. I thought your stadium and its traditions were really cool. We had a total blast at the game.
