If that happens or even comes close, the first Jewish state would have committed their own Holocaust

That is the irony isn't it? Israel has become an icon and standard bearer for oppression by an entire region, religion and collection of cultures.

I have been meaning to read Benny Morris's books. Interestingly, he has been strongly criticized by both the Israelis and the Palestinians for debunking the historic inaccuracies perpetuated by both sides.

this isn’t a criminal or civil case. You think you’re painting someone into a corner to prove a point but it’s a foolish argument. You can believe what you want or choose to believe. I have zero doubt the Iranians orchestrated this attack. If you think
Hamas pulled this off on your own then cool. Interesting point of note. Had Hamas Planned this and not executed fully or Just dicked it up and not told the Iranians about it in advance, because of the geopolitical ramifications, they would all be executed. Period. That’s how it works. So yes Iranians knew, planned, Funded. As far as why us and Israeli intelligence missed it? The most simple answer which is usually The correct one is that it is a lot easier for me to hide something than it is for You to find it.

I have read articles, never books. And there is a whole movement of historians, but his is the name most associated and the one I can pull from memory.

Not surprised that everyone dispute. The Timothy Snyder podcast series of the History of Ukraine has a lot of episodes has a lot of historical facts that he says words to the effect of one or both peoples don't like this fact, but it is true; let's put in in full context.

OK, then. Gut feeling/imagination with a little deception (review your answer to @BigCypressGator1981) and BS stirred in.

I believe Israel is the only country to win a 3 front war, defeating Egypt Syria and Jordan in the 6 day war back in the 1960s. Sounds like they may end up doing it again.

    This is actually interesti
And to my knowledge Tliab is being criticized because she maintains a Palestinian flag outside her office and some wanted a stronger statement. Her parents are Palestinian for God's sakes. I don't think she deserved the criticism. I haven't seen anything about Omar specific to this incident. Maybe I missed it

“Wanted a stronger statement” is really underselling this gem:

It’s not that hard to realize that your post about a terrorist attack on Israel probably shouldn’t start with grieving for someone other than Israelis, and is definitely not the appropriate forum for “apartheid, apartheid, occupation, defund Israel.”

Can't see it, but if it is this, I don't have too much problem with it. A lot of smart people are making similar arguments. Wouldn't be what I state, which is already in the thread, but it's well within my range of acceptability

I'm not an AoC fan on much but I thought he comments on the situation were on point. She basically said she supports a free Palestinian State but not through terrorism. Or something to that effect

Historically there are only 3 solutions, genocide (e.g. Native Americans), integration/assimilation (e.g. Manchurians in China), or leave (Europeans in Africa/Asia). Israel must choose one of the 3, there are no other options. It may seem impossible now but time is long and one day Israel will become the weaker party. If they don't resolve this issue now then they'll end up in the same position or worse as the Palestinians are today.

Gotta ask. To what end do you have this compulsion to try to win an argument about dna evidence linking Iran to this attack. What is it exactly you are attempting to do? Prove that a poster doesn’t have finger prints tying quds or IRGC to the attack. Anyone with any experience with the region know Hamas only exists at the pleasure of Iran full stop. So yes they knew. Are you hoping for me to say ‘It’s my opinion that ……..’. So you can say ‘ see, I’m right. That’s your opinion and You don’t have video proof’. I honestly don’t know what it is you want to prove and truthfully don’t care. It’s bizarre. But again you be you man.

I’m convinced there are multiple posters
That don’t have any true interest or knowledge in various topics and just post for argumentative sake. Like a hobby. That said it’s an open forum so we get what we get
