I haven't seen it yet but wanted everyone to get a chance to watch.

That trick play almost worked... too much air under that ball.

After I rewatched that play I was wondering if it could have worked with Caleb Douglas. Douglas played QB in high school and with a little more zip on the ball it might be 6.

More zip... or more distance would have worked too.

I don't have a problem with the trick play itself, I just think it was an unnecessary risk at that point in the game.

I agree . . . but would add it also showed other defenses they have to worry about such things (or more).

I agree which is why I had no problem with the play itself. I just would have preferred it be run after our second score is all.

When I set the speed to 1.5 it still sounds relatively normal. At regular speed he is way too slow. Give it a shot because it's pretty informative and he remains pretty objective. GNFP has a more slick production but I think the masses seem to prefer their breakdowns in part because James tells people what to think whereas varnadore just stays indifferent. Varnadore is not as easy of a watch.

    Thanks, 1.25 works for me.

I've given up on GNFP. I like his production but he's biased against this offense. He's even started to put a disclaimer about his opinion but I'd still rather not have so much of that.

I believe he is getting quite a bit of . . . I'll just call it, pushback.

Jump straight into the deep end with some Bull Gators swimming around and certain folks might not like the water so much.

If true, all the more reason to support James.

I still enjoy watching GNFP but I did laugh a little when he was breaking down a curls play and he was mad that it worked since he doesn't like the play. I don't expect to agree with him all the time so as long as he's honest it's all good.

I’m not sure it is he doesn’t like the play, more so just the way we use it. But I have not watched all his videos this year.

Hilarious how every Seth thread has to have some sort of shot at GNFP, rent free in ya'lls feelings.

Hilarious how you take offense to any comparison of the two videos and feel the need to defend him.

Relax James. And get a haircut...

As I have said, I watch both, enjoy both. Watched Steven Harris review a few plays with Hightop too (mostly noting a change in attitude). I wish I had that much hair...:(
