Two positives from the game: Smack has taken over the FG duties permanently and Crawshaw is booming punts high and deep again.

 

I think I would rather the Gators struggle with their convincing success.

 

At least other team fair catch inside the 5….

 

When Mertz is going to his left he should just run it. I thought he had an angle there to get the first down.

 

Mertz is holding the ball too long, not sure if that is by design to let big plays develop or not, but it isn't working.

 

Kinda sucked after the first drive of the first half, too. It's just our style of play. Defense adjusts and then we slow down.

 

I’d say this team doesn’t yet know how to handle success. This is a pretty bad team, and we’re struggling with them. If you going to be elite, you bring it every damn weekend.

 

We need a turnover and score just so I can stop holding my breath

This game has a scary '22 Vandy vibe to it...none of it makes sense. Everyone is flat from coaching to execution. Nobody is use to winning and then getting ready to do it again, again and again!

The fact that we don't have a 5 yard passing play in the playbook... actually pisses me off.

I'm pissed. This is unacceptable. I love Billy - I really do. But this is unacceptable man.

 

Why do we keep seeing the same commericals multiple times during each break? It's starting to irritate me.
