I assume you are responding to diggers dad since i can only see one side of the conversation. You’re better off blocking him like many of us have. If he’s not a Russian asset he’s an obnoxious troll. Neither are worth your time.

They are currently doing so without the aid of air support or long range atacms. Once they breach the mine fields they are advancing much faster. Lot of Ukr lives could have been saved if Biden would have done the right thing 6 months ago

If we can't flex our production to meet demand we have bigger problems so maybe this is a great opportunity to increase our ability to ramp production up

Write your Congressman. We could start today if we wanted. We should have started last spring.

I think the standard for reliability (or integrity, if you like) is anyone that says the opposite of what you say. You know, your Russian propaganda that you like to entertain us with.

Because I said Al queda posed no threat to the US. Sure. Chop that strawman to pieces!

Just make sure you wear eye gear an dont any flyin straw in youe eyes..

Fyi--OBL attacked us bc we were too close to the Mecca, and refused to leave. Not bc Afghanistan was oh so po.

If poverty represented a threat to US, guess we'd be at war with half of Africa, central America, South America, east Asia, and dare I say....civil war.

(And al Queda was very much a known threat before 9/11).

Well, weapons largely flow the other direction (not from Mexico to the US but from the US to Mexico). And the people who sell drugs at scale launder their money through the Russians. And good luck stopping Fentanyl, which is imported specifically because we spend so much trying to prevent other drugs from coming into the US and it is exceptionally hard to stop due to the concentration of the drug.

AQ was allowed to have a base in Afghanistan because the Taliban was in power, which happened because the country was so poor.

Poverty worldwide does represent a threat to the U.S. Look at Syria. Before the fighting got out of hand, there was the Arab Spring. Why were people protesting? A big part of it was the drought, which affected Syria (and Lebanon). No water = no crops. It was especially ugly in Syria because there were wealthy people flaunting their wealth in front of starving people. That never goes over well (ask France's King Louis XVI). We were lucky in that ISIS (or ISIL) was focused on killing people in Syria (at one time, there were 11 different factions in Syria fighting each other), and they did not get the opportunity to make attacks on the U.S. They were certainly more bloodthirsty than AQ. If ISIS had more time on their hands, they might have considered an attack on U.S. soil.

No one knows exactly why OBL targeted the U.S. At various times, he claimed he was upset by U.S. involvement in the middle east, that we supported the Israelis instead of the Palestinians, that we had troops in Saudi Arabia, etc. He made different statements at different times saying different things. He may have also been upset that we were on close terms with what he viewed as a corrupt Saudi monarchy, that we were a "debauched" society, and that were much more successful a country than Saudi Arabia.

So, what’s out inflation rate compared:( a) to the rest of the world, and (b) Russian in particular. Look at the comparison and I think you’ll find the Ukrainian War is not the culprit for US inflation.

A Russian reserve force of 15,000 conscripts is trapped in the Bakhmut area before they finished training. Ukraine trapped them to keep them from being re-positioned to help out in the south, where Russia is losing badly after Ukraine started to get through its defenses. This is the same 25th Combined Arms Army that was told that they would be sent to the front in December. Looks like most of them won't live to see December. Why won't our Comrade do something to help them, like write to his Politburo representative?

Wow if true. Ukraine claims to have 15k russian reserve troops trapped and ready to be slaughtered. Not sure how I feel about this as most of those russians likely wanted no part of the war. hope they can negotiate a surrender. with fire control of the road in and out and ownership of the night, doesn't sound good for the russian reserves that were rushed to Bakhmut

A Russian reserve army of 15,000 soldiers is pinned down near Bakhmut and will be destroyed, says Ukraine's spy chief (msn.com)

Ukraine is pinning down a newly created Russian reserve force near Bakhmut and is confident the 15,000-strong unit will be destroyed, Ukraine's spy chief says.

Kyrylo Budanov told The War Zone that Ukraine was pinning down Russian forces in Bakhmut to prevent them from being deployed to other axes where its counteroffensive is pushing forward.

Capturing 15K intact would be most useful. Kill them all, and the trolls will just claim they never existed. But 15K prisoners in custody with the photos, videos et al are very, very difficult to deny no matter how good your propaganda machine is. It’s also difficult to maintain a fiction of “We’re about to win, like, any second now, so give up while you can” when the enemy grabs a bag that big.

So I really hope this is true.

Ukraine should start a rumor that they are in talks with the 25th to negotiate their surrender. Russia will use their last artillery shells and missiles on them if there is a hint of impending surrender.

    Russian army = Minions.

Russia is so desperate for manpower on the front that they are sending wounded soldiers back to the front without any medical treatment. Also, soldiers are being sent to the front with a rifle only half full of bullets and no spares. A little shocking that Russia is running short on rifle bullets with all of the missiles and artillery shells flying around.

Injured Russian soldiers are being sent back to the front line without being treated amid manpower and ammunition shortages, report says

"Listen for enemy. He will be screaming like broken MiG-29 engine. Look for enemy. He will be walking like grandfather with hemerrhoids. Offer him medical care if he surrenders. Offer to put him out of his misery if he doesn't."

I would have to assume that this would be another nail in Putin's coffin if they can close the road and negotiate a surrender.

all those munitions depots, C & C centers, and rail lines that have been blown up are like body blows and the fighter has no legs left now. Once they can get armored equipment past the minefields the pace should accelerate as the remaining russians are not well equipped for additional battle
