Something up with him? Looked at the depth chart this week and he appears to be missing. I dont recall him seeing the field much last week either.

    Yeah, noticed that too.
Not going to speculate, but if the other DBs are playing over him, they must have earned it. I love the young talent.

Yeah reading around, the implication was that he was just beat out.

That’s tough on a guy that was a 5* but he has to work if he wants the snaps. Go Kamari, get it.

Much slower speed and reaction time. Gets play faked out of position and takes bad angles. If does not switch to LB, no future for him at UF. Not a CR style Safety.

Heard Kamari is off of Twitter too. Not sure what’s going on.

If Raymond is talking the kid better listen. Sometimes the truth hurts. Put your head down and work kid. Talent is only half of it especially as a db, little things are everything.

Nah, there is more to this story. He played plenty last season…got some snaps game 1, zero game 3, now gone from the depth chart and got passed by someone with nearly zero snaps thus far this season.

Play the best player! Glad we’re not seeing the Mullen/Grantham approach of playing seniority.

You don’t think all those recruits at the game didn’t notice all the youth playing.

Hopefully it’s nothing serious. He’s got a ton of talent, would be great to see him playing winning football.

Playing well is the key. A better qb could have made tgat a tight game though. I like the aggressiveness but we need to do better over the top when we play a qb who doesn’t miss those opportunities.. I’m loving watching these young guys show out. Means we have more to come and more improvements

Castell is awesome. I love this kid. If he passed Kamari, he likely earned that on the practice field.

Castell has been fantastic and has potential to be special. But that doesn't explain Wilson falling completely off the 3 deep.

There really is no three deep. Only four safeties are listed. Thorten is now listed as a backup at both safeties.
