    No doubt Bianchi can write real stinkers but not this one. Great read and he is so right. He says stop with all the let's get rid of BN talk.

    Can we please stop with the ridiculous rhetoric now?

    Can we please stop all of this nonsensical talk about how Billy Napier is going to be fired after this season?

    Will the lunatic fringe of Florida Gators fans now please quit ripping Napier on social media and saying he’s not up to the challenge of coaching in the SEC?

    Will those in the national media — people who are supposed to be responsible and credible — quit speculating on Napier’s job security after only one season at UF?

    On the flip side of what he’s saying — what if we lose to Kentucky and South Carolina and we’re sitting at 4-3? He has won one road game so far, so that’s not a stretch by any means. I say just let it play out regardless. We will be up and down this year, in my opinion. Napier gets paid a boatload of money for a reason. He should be able to handle criticism from fans.

    Napier would have received the same treatment from the fans, had he been the Head Coach at any of the Top 15 College Football programs, with the record that he had before Saturday

    I'd say he could tweak his coaching assistants as in hiring an OC and ST coach, but he's a keeper in my book.

    I don’t think there was too much noise about firing Napier. Not in year 2.

    But it’s fair to say he really needed that win. I mean come on, you start 1-2 and looking like on the way to back to back losing seasons and of course it’s going to be a topic. It’s mostly about the perception about heading into next season. Not that it matters. There’s hardly such a thing as a “safe” job in the SEC anyway. Even the coaches at the top start hearing shit as soon as they go 7-5.

    As stupid as it is, Saban will have the idiots using their voice if they lose another game. God forbid he go 9-3 if they can’t get and above average qb to show up.Milroe can win the majority of tge games but he’s not good enough for a title run without some really good luck.

    Yes stop with the Napier nonsense now and at least through Georgia.
    But if we’re at 6 losses heading into FSU (unlikely but still plausible), then the “noise” will be deafening.
    My point - the Tennessee win was very good but a long season remains. Beat Kentucky and I foresee a good 2nd year record. Lose, see my comment above.
