I think refs are humans and have feelings. Sometimes being nice to them and treating them as people help. Napier doesn’t yell and scream at them. Just a theory.
Nothing worse than fans complaining about refs during Muschamp's tenure while nearly every Saturday he was literally spitting in the ref's faces. And he even had the audacity to complain about ADVERSITY ON THE FIELD.
