It has been so long since we have had to wait on a gametime announcement, I forgot that in most weeks games are assigned 12 days prior, which would be Monday 9/18. Considering we have started with four night games, along with the quality among seven SEC matchups, I suspect that we could be playing at noon. For full transparency, I'm pretty bad at predicting these things, but... LSU @ Ole Miss will likely be the CBS 330 game. Both are ranked right now, but the main risk to this is Ole Miss plays at Bama next week and a loss there diminishes their game vs. LSU. I think there's a decent chance CBS exercises their option to delay deciding until next week because of this, but I'll probably be proven wrong tomorrow. Next two choices go to ESPN. I think they pick up UF@UK and Bama@MSU. At that point it comes down to when they choose to air each, probably one at noon the other at 7 PM, but they could put both late and split them between ESPN and ESPN2 if they wanted. USCe@UT probably falls to SECN as well as aTm@Arky. TL;DR version: I think its ~40/60 a noon/night game on ESPN.
It's a good question, and you're right about it being longer than we wanted waiting on a TV pick! However, whenever the kids play, they will be 3-1 and looking to answer Kentucky just like they answered UcheaT last night! What a game!
