Austin A is our DC much like Toney

We had a much better recruiting class last year then where they were ranked.
We can win 9 games at worst this year and I really don't see any sure losses.
FSU with there QB and Georgia will be tough but no one else.
Our OL is good and QB looks like a top 3 SEC QB. We need a little more at pass ruch to have a top 10 D in the nation.

 

I used to feel that way and then thought, why waste my time? I’ve adopted the ignore button for those individuals. At some point I no longer consider them part of a valid Gator football discussion.

 

Two or three clicks on that button and almost all mentions of the school in Boulder and their coach are gone.

Our d is tenth right now after playing 2 good teams while many have only played cupcakes. Neither offense was elite but they are decent.

In Church, I’ve learned that you’re supposed to only do the silent ones, and then look around at the other people accusingly.

 

I’m pulling for Kamari as I do all gators but it does look like he’s getting passed. Hope he shows out as the more the merrier.

 

So far so good is right. This place can change on a dime and a thrashing by an opponent. I don’t worry about coaches leaving and I doubt neither do head coaches. There is so much turnover in sports these days. If you have a great assistant coach and he wants more $$, do what you can do if warranted. If not or his terms cannot be met, wish him well and go find a coach as good or better.

 

Hopefully he holds out for a quality Power 5 HC job and doesn’t settle for a lesser job. Would be nice to have him around for awhile.

 

Mitchell keeps getting trucked. Dude needs to put on some weight. Kamari not getting any snaps is interesting. He may need to listen to the coaches and move to LB. Not sure what’s goin on there. And did Moten play? I’m hoping these guys got in on special teams at least.

This is where NIL gets tricky. Kid obviously has a decent deal in place, but has been passed by guys who don’t. Kamari probably can’t get anything close to that deal elsewhere, so he has incentive to stay.

 

Agreed on Mitchell. Moten got 0 snaps on defense and looked deserving of that from the Utah game.

 

Two seemingly contradictory things can of course be true at once. You can't "fix" stupidity or trollism. But you can absolutely call it out. Beyond a point though, I just send the agitators and the malcontents to the cornfield and get on with actually talking about Gator FB with actual Gator fans who actually have some idea of what the hell they're talking about. I sometimes see a response to something one of our little anarchists barfed up and just smile and appreciate the responder for cleaning up yet another mess on aisle seven.
