The dumbass performed his stunt just as the Vols were facing a 4th and ballgame. He distracted his team just before they needed to be focusing on converting or losing. Nice work!

According to his public Facebook post, he did. He was begging for someone to bail him out of Alachua County Jail then further down the comments a family member said there was no bail set, it was more of a “warning” thing where they were holding him overnight to reflect upon his idiocy, then would release him for free this morning. At least a late start means he had no traffic driving back home to Knoxville since his brethren had a good head start in fleeing after the game.
Been to a ton of games at the Swamp over the last 30+ years, I don’t remember any other time opposing fan ran on the field mid game. Sure it happened any one remember any other idiots do that?
I remember when there used to be horse mounted officers around the field. If one person got on the field, there sure as shit wasn’t anyone following them, I know that.
Those cops ate way too many donuts because they couldn’t catch him and he was slow as hell. He made it all the way across the field.
I thought the same thing, but then realized the on field security likely has been told not to be aggressive to avoid possible litigation if some jack ass gets “hurt” while being apprehended.
I’ve seen it a couple times. GPD is sure to make a physical example of the fan to discourage any others from trying. They get slide tackled and body slammed pretty hard. I heard a bunch of students in our section talking about it. Good luck guys. Watching it from the stands hurts.
