Milton reminds me of Richardson, big, fast, athletic, can throw a mile, throws a good long ball but seems so inconsistent with the easy throws and decision making. UT is seeing their qb as extremely inconsistent, poor accuracy and hot/cold. Happy to see it happening to them.

I agree with looking for an elite OC who can amplify on BN's vision and make it happen at a championship level - after the season. Just sounds logical to delegate a bit and maybe zap things up for when Lagway takes the reins. But it will have to wait until after the season is over to happen. I don't think it's possible to get into something of that sort of thing any sooner.
We have an OC...Rob Sale. Napier calls pays and clearly it's his offense, but Sale does a lot of the OC type duties
Another poster posted the coaching info. Buuttt I'd personally prefer an OC that's only an OC. Let them do their thing with input here & there.
Looks likely but after 290 in the first half, I’m not so sure. The big thing to me is focusing on too much can be a problem. Jack of all trades and master on none. Staff will have to have changes if tgat happens. There are questions on offense and special teams obviously hasn’t been top notch. We have two oline coaches but those are just titles. Every team has the same number of coaches and it’s not clear to me who spends what amount of time doing what job in practice. There’s plenty of improvement needed all around and it’s getting better but is a work in progress. I expect to have a better idea of what I think come seasons end because Tenn and Utah was much different. Hopefully we are much better at knowing what we do and don’t do well by fsu. I doubt what we are seeing now is what we see in a couple months.
Delegating OC/PC to some young hotshot in order to free up BN for frying bigger fish is the main thing to me too. But if he hires someone to enact his vision, I want someone who actually has the imagination to do the job at least as well as BN can. Why hire a drone?
Yep, that’s no easy task either. They aren’t just there for the picking. Look at Bamas oc where they basically had their choice of who they hire. You can’t make a silk purse if Milroe is your qb. Coaches and talent combine to make each other look good. It takes both and no oc looks any better than his players capabilities to execute it.we have some talent and some weaknesses on offense and that’s exactly what we are seeing.. I’d guess Saban has a coach or two tgat can coach a bit but they don’t have all the oieces right now. If Simpson is the next coming, their oc will be a genius by seasons end.
