I'm off the Colorado hype train. The disrespect narrative is a joke. They are getting all kinds of attention from the media and have been all along. They got the Big Noon Kickoff week 1 and Deion is still going to play the disrespect angle?


That said, I thought the late hit on Hunter was dirty as can be so not unhappy Colorado pulled off the W. I'm fine with Oregon and/or USC knocking them down a peg soon, though.

 

Yeah I think I'm officially tired of hearing about the Buffs at this point. I don't like Deion - never have - but it's clear the man is pushing the right buttons. What's going to be interesting to watch is what happens when he loses a few ballgames. Which is going to happen in the coming weeks, when he starts facing more formidable opponents.

 

So was Nebraska to everyone else.

 

He's an attention whore who is trying browbeat the networks into playing his personnel TV pimp for more TV coverage than his start-up team deserves at this point in time.

He said he rooted for them because they are fun to watch. So was Nebraska when Tommy Frazier was killing us.

He is doing exactly what he should be doing. Bringing attention to the program that gets people interested.
I read an article that said the Nebraska game brought 18 million dollars into the local economy.

Sanders saying Hunter will be out for the next couple of weeks. Was taken to the hospital after the game to be checked over.

The humble party is coming Oregon and USC are going to flatten them.

 

If you're a Colorado fan, it was great 2 min drive to get the team into overtime and ultimately the win. Sanders' son is a difference maker.

Of course almost 200 yards in penalties, including a questionable personal foul call in overtime certainly helped beat an 0-2 CSU team that got blown out by Washington State in game 1.
