Damn...Wilson was doing so damn well before he got hurt. Looked like a breakout game. Hope he gets back soon. We also will need Kimber after this next game. Montrell and Mertz himself got banged up. Great team win, hope our boys come through ok.

Billy said Trey's shoulder xray was ok, he will know more monday. he said Trey's had weakness in the shoulder after the injury and couldn't go back in.
Wilson faces the age old dilemma....can he add muscle to improve durability while maintaining his speed/agility. The step-up from HS to college can be brutal. I wish him the best!
I am most concerned about both of Mertz's hands, most importantly a reported cut on his right thumb. Did we go conservative in the fourth quarter only to kill the clock or because Mertz was hurting?
Wilson is a game changer. Not comparing him to our greats but the offense is different with him on the field and that was just his third game. How many times did he touch the ball ? Seemed like every other play.
He and Etienne were carrying the load. We need them both to beat good teams. They were by far our biggest weapons last night.
We need to get people healthy over two weeks rest. We need backups to play big roles against Charlotte. Kentucky is going to be a huge physical test.
