The good thing is we play Charlotte so the suspensions won't matter. Classless Vols and Heupel. Hope Napier remembers that next year when we trash them in Knoxville. Other than that, a game these players, coaches and fans needed badly. We took their best shots in the second half and still came out on top with that dominating first half! Go Gators!
Our D is good enough to keep us in every game. If the offense executes like it did in the first half, we can win a lot of games down the stretch.
We still need a offensive coordinator. That conservative offense we ran in the second half is not Florida Gator football. We go for the kill to finish off teams!!

Wasn’t expecting a win (especially were we with decent lead for most of game), so pleasantly surprised. Billy’s hot seat has definitely cooled (but it’s not gone). positives: - running backs - offensive line (looks like Utah was a fluke) negatives - special teams (thankfully made our last few extra points and the field goal) - scaredy-cat play calling for second half - injuries
awesome win and a great all around performance in the first half. Second half offense was way more conservative that I'd like to see but GM being banged up was probably a factor there. We needed the defense to come up big and they made it happen time and time again. biggest win of coach Napier's career, love to see it. This ought to fully wipe away the stink of the Utah debacle and is the kind of bounce back performance against a good opponent that I wanted to see out of this team. Great night to be a Gator!
Mertz is taking some shots each week. While I agree with you, i was pacing most of the 2nd half, I do think he was banged up and it affected play calling.
We all know ST is an issue. Secondary is young Metz injury may have had a hand (pun intended) in the second half, but concern isn’t unwarranted Just enjoy the W dude. They were 7 point dogs.
