I am sure the top notch legal beagles will soon chime in how this is a miscarriage of Justice.

Different facts and standards. For example the Hatch Act doesn’t apply to the elected president

So apparently Trump's crack NY legal team forgot to request a trial by jury. Therefore, it will be a bench trial where no random juror can hijack the verdict.

Unless Trump and company pay off this judge.

That's the civil financial fraud case filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James scheduled to start early October.

Guess which legal eagle of Trump's dream team dropped the ball on this one and failed to file the appropriate pleading in the specified time.

BTW, the trial judge is NOT a Trump fan.

Assuming it has to be one who still has their license to practice law the choices are greatly diminished.

So biden’s mental acuity is a primary concern for maga and they constantly make ageism epithets. Therefor it would seem they would have concern for inmate number P01135809. He will be 78 next year. Yet they still follow him and don’t even consider the full bench of younger repub candidates.

As a reasonable person all I can say is WOW! (and lock him up all ready). I believe I read these note cards were developed for his intelligence briefings because unlike other presidents he was too stupid to be able to read the several pages long briefings.

Trump’s Personal Assistant Told The FBI He Gave Her ‘To-Do Lists’ On Back of Classified Docs, Reveals ABC News In Bombshell Report

ABC News cited sources familiar with Michael’s statements in the report, one of whom “told investigators that — more than once — she received requests or taskings from Trump that were written on the back of notecards, and she later recognized those notecards as sensitive White House materials — with visible classification markings — used to brief Trump while he was still in office about phone calls with foreign leaders or other international-related matters.”

Apparently, the lawsuit was settled. My point in posting the link was that Habba's attitude reflected that of her highest profile client.
Trump Lawyer Settles Secretary’s ‘B*tch’ Discrimination Case
Since both sides agreed to an NDA as part of the settlement we have no idea regarding the amount of damages, if any, paid to the plaintiff Habba's former employee.

Trump unwittingly admitted to two charges, prosecutor says | The Independent (the-independent.com)

Donald Trump unintentionally admitted to two of the charges against him in his recent interview with NBC, a former prosecutor who was a part of the Russia investigation led by then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller has said.

Andrew Weissmann appeared on MSNBC on Monday night, noting to host Lawrence O’Donnell that Mr Trump told Meet The Press that he knew by 10pm on the night of the election that he had won, despite the fact that many votes still had to be counted.

“That was something that’s got very little attention, and that was something of an effort to stop the count of votes,” Mr Wiessman said. “And the president and his allies had talked about this before the election and then tried to put it into effect on the night of the election. They knew there would be this thing called the ‘red mirage’.”

I agree. I’m related to several but I don’t understand ‘em. Things have worked out about like I told them it would in 2016 but they are still good people.
