A good reminder (in case anyone really needs one) of how self-centered and either ignorant or dishonest he is.
But I'm not sure that's the first thing to remember of 9/11. CNN has a lot of photos that still show the pain, shock and resilience after 22 years.

The photos, videos, and recordings in the 9/11 museum are still haunting years after I saw them. The video of the woman standing in the window smoothing down her dress attempting some last measure of modesty before plunging some 100 stories is one I won’t soon forget.

I’m going to flood this thread with uplifting things about how Americans came together.

 

Love the way you people are making light of all the people who died that day just because you have an old score to settle with the man in your head.

 

A childhood friend of mine worked in one of the other buildings as an investment banker, she saw people hit the ground and was so traumatized she changed careers and now lives in NJ.
I remember thinking that as I heard it on the radio, some guy in a small plane must have had a medical episode and flew into the building. That day changed our sense of security forever.
