This guy seems like a real sleaze ball and I have no sympathy for him if he did what he is accused of. On the other hand it was a phone call, so why didn’t she just hang up. This happened almost 2 years ago. Why is it coming out now?

The investigation into this is just for show. The moment she went public with her allegations, true or not, he was going to get fired.

 

I would think MSU has known about this for awhile and orchestrated this entire sequence.

 

The investigation into the complaint started way back in January and went on for several months without the public knowing, so if its just for show they spent a long time not showing anyone.
