When is UT having those statues of Lulu and Jr sculpted and placed at the entrance to the stadium? They certainly deserve it!
I am too, I think the world of him. Spurrier is the Bear Bryant or the Knute Rockne of Florida Football, the man who put the program on the map, to still have him as a part of Florida football is a great thing for Florida fans.
I see this game shaking up like the 2005 game if we are to win. Believe we won 15-7 or something similar. Not much scoring, need the defense to come up BIG. If UT scores with ease our offense cannot keep up.
I will say I played golf today with a good friend who is a UT fan and they are a little…….uneasy. I didn’t see the game, so I can’t comment on what they saw but his trash talking was dialed down a notch. About like mine.
I see it the same way. I really don't think we'll face anything like the level of skill at QB for the Vols that we saw last year. Milton just honestly doesn't scare me that much and my confidence level in our D is better than it's been in several years. I don't expect to lose big regardless, and if I were a bettor, I'd take that 8.5 points in a heartbeat. I'll save my pick/score for later, but I believe we've got a decent chance to remind UT of who's who and what's what in these closing days of the SEC east.
We can win this game! Tennessee is a run first offense. We stop the run and Milton reminds me Franks in the passing game. Can throw it a mile but couldn’t hit a bull in the but with a banjo on short to medium passes. Milton is no Hendon Hooker!
Idk I think this is a winnable game. The defense, especially the secondary has looked great. TN game plan last year was just chuck it deep to Hyatt. There is no Hyatt, and no Hooker on this team. Fanduel has Florida +7.5 and I am really wanting to take Florida to cover.
