Like to see a little more passing in the 4th quarter, but Napier will probably just run it until the clock runs out unless we get 3rd and long.

 

Passing is still a work in progress. We needed some confidence, so this game will provide that. I think we have better athletes than Tennessee, but they are a bit further along than we are.

 

Great to see Mizell get his first catch. Funny he should get jersey #11.

 

We've allowed 75 total yards so far this game and held Utah to under 50 yards in the 2nd half of last game. Our defense may be legit

Honestly, if we're being honest (which as fans is difficult I realize) everything that has gone wrong for us this season is easily correctable.

So far we've not seen the mistakes from the first game repeated. So we can only hope that the team is improving and will continue to do so. They're a young bunch but we do have a veteran leader at QB - who knows how high they can soar?

Will be interesting to see the game plan next week when the Vols stack the box to stop the run.
