Unfortunately it looks like "right now" Colo. will have more wins than us. Boy, I hope I am wrong.

They should get some easy wins for sure. We don’t have many gimmes.

Upon further review I whiffed on 2 out of 3, good reason math and science scores were always better.

LOL, we'd have a minimum of 8 gimmes in SOS or Meyer days

If anyone wants to see a team that's making a sustainable turnaround, look at the UF soccer team.

The situation Coach Bohon was given make what the MMM guys left behind look Hall of Fame quality, in comparison. The team had a terrible record in 2022, but their play improved and they started eliminating mistakes.

This year, that trend is continuing. They're not dominating, but they don't beat themselves, either. They're gonna get beat by FSU, but I expect the game to be more competitive than it has been in years. And I seriously doubt they'll win the SEC, but they've already have more wins than all of last year.

THAT'S what a turnaround in progress looks like.

Colorado plays 5 ranked teams, so do we.

We have to stop acting like unranked Kentucky, USC, Arkansas, etc are much different than playing Nebraska, UCLA, AZ State etc.

Except I think the ranked teams we play are obviously better.. you just named the worst teams on our schedule othe than Vandy and mcneese.

Yes our tougher games are tougher

Their easiest games are Colorado State and Arizona. That’s tougher than McNeese and a city school.

The middle 5 games I think are comparable. Nebraska, Wash St, UCLA, Stanford and ASU ia a little tougher) than Kentucky, Arkansas, Vandy, USC, Mizzou

Our toughest opponents make our schedule real tough, but we’d lose just as many games playing Colorados schedule

That could be so but our tougher teams are maybe five teams that are better than anyone on their schedule which is roughly half of our schedule. It is debatable whether or not Kentucky, uscw and and Arky would doe well against those teams you named but again. That’s the worst the sec has to offer.

I think the point is losing to a super duper tougher team still only gives you one loss.
