2023-09-07 Coomer Mtn for Sanctions on Egnyte Wow…. What an unhinged idiot. You can click on the MP4s at that link and watch video clips that the opposing lawyer is submitting for sanctions against him based on his behavior….
There's comedy gold in those deposition interviews. Unfortunate how he's an embarrassment to the state of Minnesota, but entertaining to see him frothing at the mouth. I'm guessing the judge will not find approval with his comments.
The frothing and lip licking probably stems in part from Lindell's long history of drug abuse. Watching some of the vids, it seems pretty clear that the lawyer was happy to let Lindell act like an ass. And damn, what an ass he seems to truly be, not that we didn't know it already.
Lindell repeatedly called the interviewing lawyer an ambulance chaser and referred to a frivolous lawsuit. The lawyer, though he sounded quite young, must have relished every moment of the interview. I'm curious as to how Lindell's critical comments about the judge will play out.
There was one video about way through the list, where the lawyer must have asked him a question about calls he was getting, and the lawyer said something like “I’m not talking about complaint calls, like if someone calls to complain about a lumpy pillow or something …” And that set him off, he starts calling the lawyer an asshole over and over, even Lindell’s lawyer, who seemed quiet through the whole thing, started telling him to calm down….
Mr Lindell seems to have disdain for “ambulance-chasing assholes” who are “traitors to this country because they are against MyPillow” Whew, what a nut job.
Wow, watch 22 on that list. Lawyer tells him “I’m not asking about the lumpy pillow calls….” After that Pillow Guy almost busts a spring. Maga hero.
I thought that was hilarious. I’ve been in way too many boring depositions. It’s rare you get entertainment like that.
It's related to the Dominion law suits. I think this particular one is from a former Dominion executive that is suing Lindell personally because, I believe, Lindell called him out by name as a person who was enabling voter fraud or tampering with data, or something.
I think they named his company in the lawsuit, and he's claiming that because it's an "employee owned company" (i.e., some of the employees hold stock in the company) that he's also suing the employees. Edit: From what I can gather, they are involving MyPillow in the lawsuit because Lindell would intertwine promoting MyPillow in the same speeches where he was making voter fraud accusations.
