Hopefully UF can get big lead leads this week so CMW can give some of the other players a chance to play to increase depth. Some players I'd like to see this week if the opportunities present themselves: 1. Madi Gravlee 6'4" OH Freshman - Madi comes from a UF family. Her mother Julia Stanhope played blocker for CMW back in the 90s and her father Russ Gravlee was on the UF football team. If this is the last year of 5th year covids, Madi may move into the rotation next year. 2. Nnedi Okammor 6'4" MB Senior - Nnedi has filled in well when called upon which hasn't been often. 3. Kennedy Muff 5'11" S Senior - Transferred in from Flagler but won't get many opportunities with Alexis Stucky in front of her. There may be a few more who could use some work on the court so add who you would like to see get live action reps. You can never have too much depth when SEC crunch time rolls around.
I like that confidence. But let's not get too far ahead of ourselves; just because UF has had a great start doesn't mean that we'll kick everybody's butt from here on out. Or does it?
Yes, UF can but it's not likely. Some of the men volleyball coaches are a bit too smug. CMW owes payback to John Cook, not talking about Merritt Beason. UF can do it when the time comes and it likely will come in the NCAA tourney. UF 2023 is a team capable of producing a special season. You remember how SOS defined a special season?

Does anyone on here live locally? We have an available courtside seat available tonight. Free, gratis, and for nothing. PM me if you want it.
Here’s a tidbit that I did not know. There are no tickets for Florida state, it is first come first serve and the gates open at 5 o’clock.
Tied at 4 and at 23. Otherwise trailed the entire time. Lots of attack errors Edit: actually, led 1-0 after a Sac St service error. But then gave it back with a UF service error. 2nd set is going much better: leading 20-14. AC Fitzpatrick is showing out again.
UF hit .424 in second set. Kennedy Martin was her usual awesome self. UF out to a quick 4-0 lead in 3rd.
