An interesting story from the Russian helicopter pilot who defected to Ukraine. Apparently, Russian military commanders will use military equipment and personnel for any purpose that they feel like. In one case, the commander of the unit needed to transport his prize cat, so he used not one, but two military helicopters. One Mi-8 transported the cat, while the other, a Mi-24, provided cover. Well... on second thought, if this is completely investigated then January 6th will not even be an insurrections so the jail sentences for the few idiots now incarcerated might be less harsh than they are right now.
