I genuinely don't believe MAGA started as a cult back in 2016 but even I would agree that it's become one. Maybe if the Democrats and Democrat controlled media had tried to actually understand the concerns of middle America instead of just calling anyone who isn't a coastal elite deplorable and collectively giving middle America the middle finger Trump would never have even become President the first time.

Trump was elected President for one reason. A huge part of middle America felt they had been forgotten and that our government no longer cared about them. That our government no longer cared about the farmer in Kansas, the suburban class family in Ohio, the retired couple in Arizona, the white coal miners in West Virginia, the white ranchers in Montana. Real genuine average Americans. That we had a government who only cared about the coastal elites in the Northeast and West Coast and the major cities.

It didn't help that Hilary never even bothered to try to go to many of those areas, showing how much Democrats were out of touch with middle America. It's sad that instead of reflecting why they lost in 2016 all the Democrats and Democrat controlled media have done is double down. They still don't bother to try to understand middle America. All they do not is just try to vilify them more and maybe even subjugate them.

MAGA now is a cult but it didn't start that way. But Democrats and Democrat controlled have no one to blame but themselves as they are the ones who truly created MAGA. If middle America hadn't felt left behind and forgotten Trump never becomes President and never gains the power he has now.

It was created due to the fact that you weren't even remotely allowed to criticize Obama over anything during his 8 years as President. Criticize Obama over anything at all, you were racist. Criticize Obamacare, you're racist. Criticize any policy decision of his administration, you're racist. Criticize that he bowed to many world leaders (A U.S. President should not bow to another world leader unless it's reciprocated at the same time or immediate after), you're racist. We were force fed that for 8 years. I disagreed with a lot that Obama did but it was never racial. Obama could have been the whitest person to ever live on this planet and it wouldn't change my opinion on some of the policy decisions. But again you weren't allowed to criticize Obama.

Obama made everything racial and by and large ignored most of middle America. The Democrats and the Democrat media also by and large ignored most of middle America and if they didn't it was simply to mock them. Democrats may not have directly created MAGA but they sure as heck helped it along. With a President who actually tried to represent all of America and not made everything about race and a Democrat party who didn't just ignore 80% of the country just to focus on the Northeast and West Coast MAGA never gets off the ground. Of course I don't expect you to ever admit to that but with Democrats there is no MAGA.
