The concern for young Beamer is UNC has a terrible defense and 17pts is all the Cocks could muster.

 

USCs performance was eerily similar to us when you think about it

— 14 pt loss
— No running game
— OLine awful
— QB threw for 330 yds in a loss
— hell, they even had 13 people on the field for one play (a UNC touchdown)

FWIW, I think we rushed for 20 times as many yards as USC

I questioned the South Carolina hype in the prediction thread. Why they were getting any love is beyond me. This is an extremely average football program. UNC's defense is awful, but they looked like the 85 bears last night.
